About Me

Hi! I'm Tamara. I've always loved baking! From a young age I would always look forward to baking boxed cake, you know the one that is usually on sale for BOGO at Publix. I wasn't raised in a family that baked all day on a Saturday. I did not have the opportunity growing up to learn to bake from scratch. It wasn't until I was older and able to teach myself some tips and tricks that I really started to grow as a baker and further my passion for baking and cake decorating! That's why, in spring 2021 I made the bold decision to quit my full-time job and return to school to study baking and pastry. I graduated in 2022 with my Associates Degree in Baking and Pastry Management and returned to school once more for a voluntary advanced cake decorating program in 2023 and graduated in spring 2024 with an Advanced Technical Certificate in Cake Artistry. I believe that you can never stop learning and always look for new opportunities to grow and challenge myself.

 I don't believe in serving anything that I haven't tasted myself. That is why I know that every order that is made for you, will not only meet but exceed your taste buds!
